– We handle every detail of your pet’s journey, including:
❖ Researching and selecting the best flight options
❖ Coordinating communication between your pick-up party and the
drop-off party
❖ Reviewing all travel documents for accuracy and compliance
❖ Ensuring a calm, safe, and stress-free environment for your pet
❖ Following a strict No Paws on the Ground policy for pets under 16
weeks, your pet will not interact with other animals at the airport to
ensure their safety and well-being
– We prefer that a puppy arrive at the airport in an approved carrier
(maximum dimensions of 18.5” long x 8.5” high x 13.5” wide) that will stay
with the pet, but if that is not an option, we will provide the carrier for an
additional $50 fee.
– We charge a service fee that covers the complete planning and
coordination of your pet’s relocation. This includes providing:
❖ Personalized information
❖ Booking your pet’s flight
❖ Chaperoning them during travel
❖ Reviewing all necessary paperwork
❖ Handling any additional services you may need
– Note: Our service fee ranges from $285 to $950, depending on your pet’s
destination. Airfare is separate, but any quote you receive from us is all-
inclusive and outlines everything we’ve agreed upon.
– You’re welcome to make smaller payments over-time:
❖ The full balance must be paid no later than 3 days before your pet’s
scheduled travel date.
– Yes, you’re able to cancel up to three days before the assigned
charapone’s departure:

the cancellation
